A couple weeks ago, it was supposed to be in the low 60s one morning, then have really low temperatures with snow and ice in the afternoon. We decided it might be the last time in a while that the kids could play outside, so that is how we spent the morning.

Shortly after these pictures were taken, the temperature dropped 15-20 degrees in a matter of minutes. It was really strange! All of the sudden, the wind started whipping up and it got really, really cold! I took the kids inside while Shawn finished leaf-blowing and finally raking up all our fall leaves.
